4-Ingredient Baked Ziti (GF/DF)

  • 1lb GF elbow noodles of your choice (we love Banza Chickpea Pasta)

  • (2) 24oz jars organic marinara or pasta sauce

  • 2 blocks of goat milk cheddar

  • 2lbs high-quality ground beef or bison

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, brown the ground meat. Cook the noodles per package instructions. 

Shred the cheese blocks. Combine the cooked meat, cooked noodles, both jars of sauce and ¾ of cheese. Stir to mix well.

Pour mixture into glass baking dish and cover with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top layer of cheese is nicely melted. Enjoy!
