Affirmations for Moms

Welch’s Juice company completed a study looking into just how many hours per week Moms work. And it’s a lot! In fact, their number crunching revealed that Moms put in an impressive 98 hours every week! Equivalent to 2 ½ full time jobs. It’s like running a marathon over and over and over!

As Moms, we certainly know the beauty, joy and appreciation of this very special job. We also know the struggles, frustrations and exhaustion that can accompany motherhood. Here are affirmations to keep tucked away in your heart—for the good and not-so-good days and everything in between. You can repeat these out loud or speak silently in your head, as often as you need to.

We see you, mommas…we support you, we value you and all that you do, day in and day out! Keep up the great work!
