Chocolate Overnight Oats (GF/DF)

  • 1/2 C GF rolled oats

  • 1/4 C organic brewed coffee

  • 1/2 C unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond, cashew, flax, etc)

  • 1 Tbsp organic maple syrup

  • 1 Tbsp raw cacoa powder

  • 1/4 C organic berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Combine the coffee, milk, maple syrup, and cacao powder in a bowl or jar. Mix thoroughly or close the jar and shake to mix. Add the oats and stir/shake a bit more. Place in the refrigerator overnight and top with your fresh berries/fruit of choice in the morning! Simple. Delicious. Enjoy!

We also like to add nut butter, a few chia seeds, or raw nuts for crunch! Be creative!
