Chia Seed Pudding (GF/DF/V)
1 - 1 1/2 C unsweetened coconut/almond/flax milk
1/4 - 1/2 C chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Raw honey (optional)
Fresh berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
Nuts/seeds
In a medium-sized bowl, mix chia seeds, milk, vanilla, and honey. Let sit at least 6-8 hours. After thickened, add preferred berries, nuts, and/or seeds.
*We recommend combining the milk + seeds before bedtime so you’ll have breakfast nearly ready to go!
