Mashed Garlic Cauliflower (GF/DF/V)

(3-4 Servings)

  • 1 head organic cauliflower, medium

  • 3 Tbsp coconut milk (full fat)

  • 2 Tbsp organic coconut oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1/4 tsp black ground pepper

Separate the cauliflower into 6 pieces and steam until cooked, but not overdone.

Place in a food processor, with all remaining ingredients. Blend to consistency of mashed potatoes. Serve warm.
