About Kale Blossom
Helping you navigate a broken healthcare system.
Our health care system is necessary but it needs a major overhauling. We’ve heard from countless women over our combined thirty years in practice, and have even experienced this ourselves–that dedicated time, proper support and comprehensive care are not being provided.
Here at Kale Blossom, we offer sound information to help support your family’s holistic health + wellness journey. You’ll learn about possible symptoms & what they’re connected to, as well as the necessary steps to getting the care you need + deserve. Our main goal is to empower you to always advocate for you & your family’s health.

Real wellness for women + Moms
First & most importantly, we’re both Moms! Carly has two children, Rachel has six. Motherhood has taught us so much about life, health and matters of the heart. We hope this is evident in how we share and show up here in this space. Our goal is to be authentic and real, imperfect and honest. We’re here for it all!
How did we get here? (Our Story)

We first met in grad school. Carly was the shy Northerner and Rachel the friendly Southerner.
We spent the next 4 years with our heads buried in books, drinking lots of coffee, taking shopping breaks and endless exams, and often staying up way too late. The journey was both difficult and rewarding, and we enjoyed every step of it (for the most part, our adrenals disagreed!).
We graduated together – Rachel with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Carly a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Upon graduation, we each had our own plan as Rachel moved back to her southern roots in Georgia and Carly stayed to practice in Chicagoland. After a year, Carly was convinced to move to a warmer climate and landed in Atlanta near Rachel. We both married, had kids, and were involved in our own professional clinical practices.
Together for over a decade, we have celebrated victories (yay!) and supported each other through the hardships of motherhood + life. ‘Cause let’s face it – being a chick and a Mom while keeping it all together can be tough stuff!

Hi, I’m Rachel!
Well, hi there! I’m Dr. Rachel Marynowski, a licensed Naturopathic Physician & I’ve been in healthcare for over 20 years. After finishing my undergraduate degree in Public Health & working for a large hospital system, I completed my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. In addition to my own functional medicine practice, I co-founded an integrative clinic with a birthing center, have written a children’s book & facilitate women’s therapy groups. Supporting both women & children by getting to root-cause health issues, while also empowering & educating, has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.
I’m also a Mom to SIX kiddos! Including a set of surprise twins in my 40’s. My husband & I had always dreamed of having a big family & living on land with animals… & here we are! I love farmer’s markets, a quaint coffee shop, small town bookstores, & hanging out barefoot in my backyard with my chickens & kiddos.
I truly believe in the healing power of nature & the innate wisdom of the human body. I love helping women & their families live healthier, happier lives and you can, too. Carly & I are here to show you how!

Hi, I’m Carly!
Welcome! I’m Dr Carly Egoavil, a licensed Chiropractor & Functional Medicine leader with over 15 years of clinical experience. I have completed my studies in Biological Sciences, with an emphasis on human anatomy & physiology, earned my Doctorate in Chiropractic, and continue to study Functional Medicine, with particular interest in women’s and children’s health. As a provider, it is simply not enough to recognize illness, but to rather uncover and support the root cause – how true healing occurs.
My most important job is ‘Mother’, to two amazing children, an 11-year old daughter and 9-year old son, a loving Cocker Spaniel, Lucy, and wife to a hardworking foodie. I’m a mid-westerner at heart, with an appreciation for the beautiful South in which I call home. I enjoy a good magazine and a cup of coffee, watching my kids play sports, am re-energized by the sun, and continue to work on perfecting my gardening skills – work in progress!
True healing rarely happens in the doctor’s office, but rather in the choices we make daily – we all have the ability and power to heal from within. You can, too, and Rachel and I are here to show you how.

In a society that glorifies never aging and being wrinkle-free, we just want every woman to know the potential risks before deciding whether Botox is right for her… which includes understanding the possible downsides, too. The things you don’t always hear about. 👂❌
One of the biggest reasons we created this video is because we’ve heard from so many women who experienced side effects, only to be dismissed or told it was “just a bad injector.”
You can have the best injector on the planet, but even when Botox is administered correctly by an experienced provider, it can still spread beyond the intended injection site.
Side effects can include:❌❌❌
• Drooping eyelids or eyebrows
• Facial asymmetry
• Difficulty swallowing
• Blurred or double vision
• Dry eyes or excessive tearing
• Hoarseness or changes in voice
• Neck weakness
• Muscle weakness
• Headache
• Flu-like symptoms
• Difficulty chewing
• Difficulty breathing
• Allergic reactions
• Loss of facial expression
• Unwanted muscle paralysis beyond injection site… and many others.
No one can tell you what decision is right for your body. We simply believe every woman deserves transparent information (not dismissive info) so she can make a fully informed choice.
Knowledge isn’t fear. It’s informed consent. 🩷😊💄
We don’t share super personal stories often but behind KaleBlossom, we are two real women, two real families, and we have stories that have shaped who we are.
Like everyone else, we’ve experienced moments of joy, heartbreak, fear, unanswered questions, and incredible grace.
Our personal stories remind us that every person we meet also has stories we can’t see. Every family is carrying something. 🩷🙏
It’s not always easy, but these types of stories give us perspective, compassion, and a passion to keep advocating for women and their families.
Thank you for allowing us to share this journey with you. We don’t take this community for granted. 🩷Carly + Rachel
P.s. I love you forever Anjli, Sara, Crystal, Vanessa & Sandy 🩷🩷🩷
We’ve devoted our careers to helping other women. And we know so many other amazing women doing the same in the functional medicine/natural medicine space. We believe things can change. So that’s what we’ll keep trying for.🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

If we want better healthcare, we have to be willing to ask (& should be allowed to ask) who funds the research, who benefits from the outcomes, and how conflicts of interest are managed?? 💰💰💰
Thanks to our brave friend @botoxtruths for sharing this with us today. Her page will blow your mind about the truth behind Botox. 🤯😑🫣 and if you wanna learn about the FNIH for yourself, please do go read up on your own. You can start with FNIH.org & dig into how + when + why it was established…

This is stuff we’ve seen with our own eyes. In our clinic. So it’s the truth. And what a gift it has been to walk alongside so many women on their health journeys. 🩷🙏😊
So what’s our goal here at KaleBlossom? To help as many women & their families to be empowered every time they walk into their provider’s office. 💙💪😊 And that’s how we begin to heal our broken healthcare system. One woman, one mom, one family at a time.

Comment ABC for discounts to our top back to school formulas & our favorite nano-silver (better than colloidal because it doesn’t accumulate in the body!) + mister.
Because back-to-school is around the corner! (We know, uggh, not ready over here 😭) And keeping kiddos healthy doesn’t have to be a “wait & see” or reactive thing, it can be proactive with daily healthy living (think sleep, hydration, nourishing foods, movement, fresh air, sunshine, & a lot of love!) and also a few formulas to boost their immune function. Lots of studies prove the benefit of things like vitamin A, C, D, zinc.🩷🙏
Save this for future needs! And remember, you don’t have to get all of these. Grab the ones that resonate most or feel doable for you. Or restock your tried & trues!
Questions? Drop them in the comments & we’ll try to help!
In the meantime, happy summer everybody!!! We’ll keep soaking up every sec! 😎☀️🩷

These are our parents & grandparents & great grandparents. We’re so used to working with children & moms, we didn’t actually realize the total for older adults until we started adding them all up.💉 And it’s concerning. 😢😑 Please share because this age group needs people advocating for them, too. 💙🙏

Anyone else? Just reflecting on this Sunday afternoon. 🙏🩷It all matters.
Every stitch. Every meal. Every lesson. Every walk outside. Every seed planted. Every act of kindness. Every thing we teach them. What a gift & what a responsibility.
Because we’re not just raising children, we’re shaping the next generation. And maybe God chose us for this exact time for a reason. 🩷🙏🙂

These are our opinions 😉 …but also go research each one because they’re all TRUE. And for those of us that want to see people chosen over profits & a healthcare system that actually helps people be & stay well… we have lots of questions we need answered. 🧐🤓🤨
