Brain Boosting Smoothie (GF/DF/V)

  • 1 Cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 Cup organic dark leafy greens (kale, spinach, chard, etc)

  • 2-3 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil (or avocado oil)

  • ½ tsp ground turmeric

  • pinch of ginger (optional)

  • Fresh orange slices (optional)

Add each item to a blender. Blend. Enjoy!

(Add a bit of unsweetened milk or water if you don’t prefer it quite so thick)
