Breakfast Banana Split (GF/DF/V)
1 ripe organic banana, peeled
1/4 C plant-based dairy free yogurt, unsweetened
1/3 C organic mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc)
1/8 C seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, hemp)
1/8 C nuts (walnuts, pecans, almonds)
1 heaping Tbsp nut/seed butter (almond, cashew, sunflower)
Organic Ceylon cinnamon
Slice the banana lengthwise, not quite all the way through, so it opens like a book. With banana open, evenly distribute yogurt inside of the banana. Then evenly drizzle the nut/seed butter and continue to top with berries, nuts, seeds and cinnamon.
