Garlic Lemon Hummus (GF/DF/V)

  • 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, drained

  • 1-2 garlic cloves

  • 1/4 of a lemon, juiced

  • 1/8 C organic olive oil

  • 1/8 C fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

In a food processor or high speed blender, combine the garbanzo beans and garlic, until smooth. Remove the mixture from blender and add to a medium bowl. Add in the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, and red wine vinegar. Stir to combine.

When serving, we like to add a good drizzle of olive oil + parsley. Serve with chopped veggies, fresh bread, or spread in lettuce wraps!

All ingredients can be adjusted for taste preference, particularly the garlic, lemon, and parsley.
