Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie (GF/DF/V)

  • 1 C unsweetened non-cow milk of your choice (coconut, oat, hemp, flax, pea, etc)

  • 1/2 C organic pumpkin puree (for convenience, we sometimes use BPA-liner free canned organic pumpkin)

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1-2 Tbsp ground flax/chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp hemp protein seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • pinch nutmeg

  • pinch cloves

  • handful of organic spinach (optional- this will turn it mint green so if you have kiddos with anti-green tendencies, leave this ingredient out or serve in a non-clear glass)
