Most women need at least 75 grams of protein daily (often times closer to 100 grams!). Most women also need over 35 grams of fiber daily (often over 50 grams!) — this is a general rule of thumb. If you have gut issues, SIBO, constipation, etc. your needs may be different. 😘🩷
